Roasting Process
Volcano Agua in Antigua Guatemala
Our green coffee is premium-grade quality, cultivated on the base of Volcano Agua in Antigua Guatemala. It is meticulously hand selected to be placed in the roaster for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the type of roast that you request.
After roasting, we then remove the coffee beans and pass them through a fan to be cooled.
Depending on your preference, we then grind, weigh, and seal our flavorful coffee.
Our last step is to pack it in our quality, moisture-proof laminated plastic bags containing a one-way valve. The valve allows carbon dioxide to escape safely without rupturing the bag, and it prevents oxygen from entering so as to maintain the roasted coffee's taste and aroma.
